X-Switches provides free warranty service from the delivery date, based on product categories.
1. Commercial Switches and equipments, 1 Year
Including Ethernet Switches, Solar PoE Switches, Commercial Media Converters, Commercial PoE Equipments
2. Industrial Switches and equipments, 3 Years
Including Industrial Switches, Industrial Media Converters, Industrial PoE Equipments

Warranty Coverage
Duration
Starts on delivery date (varies by product; see product documentation).
For discontinued products:
• Warranty extends up to 3 years after End-of-Life (EOL) announcement.
• EOL notices published at x-switches.com.
Scope
Applies only to original installations in their initial operating environment.
If repair/replacement is impossible for discontinued products, we provide equivalent alternatives.

Warranty Service Process
1. Submit a Claim: Contact X-Switches support during the warranty period.
2. Resolution Options (at our discretion):
➔ Free Repair of defective components
➔ Replacement with a conforming product
➔ Equivalent Product Substitution if original parts are unavailable

DOA (Defect-on-Arrival) Policy
Requirements for DOA Claims
Report within 60 days of shipment date.
Returned items must:
• Show no physical damage, scratches, or modifications.
• Be free of misuse/configuration errors (or handling fees may apply).
Outcome: Verified DOA cases receive priority replacement.
